Where are your products made?

We are a company based in Manchester, UK. Our products, which use a cutting-edge formula and ingredients, are all produced in the EU. 

Are your products organic?

No, our products are not organic. 

How much protein is really in your products?

There really is 20 grams of plant-based protein power in every bottle! It’s the combination of 4 sources of plant protein; pea protein, fava bean, flax seed and pumpkin seed. 

Are your shakes gluten free?

Simply, no our shakes are not cetified gluten free and may contain traces of gluten.

Are your products suitable to drink whilst pregnant?

We recommend that you discuss the consumption of Bliev products with your midwife or GP. 

Delivery and Payment

Which shipping methods are available?

We partner with DHL and DPD to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible with most orders delivered within 2-3 days.

How long will it take to get my package?

Our warehouse operates 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and is closed on bank holidays and weekends. Our warehouse team will prepare your order with same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm, Monday – Friday. All orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. 

Do you ship internationally?

We deliver to Mainland UK addresses only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to any countries outside of the UK at this time. Please contact support@bliev.com for details of shipping to non-UK mainland addresses or overseas. 

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal or Worldpay. 

Can I return my items?

If you have a problem with your order, please contact support@bliev.com. 

My package hasn’t arrived

It goes without saying that we try to ensure that all orders are delivered as soon as possible. But sometimes things don't go according to plan. If your order is delayed, you can track it with the tracking email sent you. If you have not received this email, contact support@bliev.com.

What are the benefits to me of a subscription?

Simply, you will get a 20% discount on Bliev shakes, delivery every two or four weeks straight to your door and you will be a part of the Bliev community! 

How to I change/amend my subscription?

All this can be done via your Account on our homepage: just log in and access your functions under the Subscription tab. Here you can find all the details about your subscription. Any problems amending please contact support@bliev.com. 

Is there a minimum subscription period?

Yes, there is a two-month minimum subscription period, after this you can cancel at any time.

How to I register an account?

It’s easy, just click to Account button on the top right corner of the website. 

I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

No problem, just send an email to support@bliev.com and we will send you a reset link.

Discount Codes & Newsletter

How do I use discount codes?

After you’ve finished adding all your Bliev products into your shopping basket, go to the checkout and there will be the chance to enter the code before you pay. 

Where can I subscribe to the newsletter?

Simply scroll to the bottom of our homepage and you can enter your email address there. 

I haven’t received the newsletter. What should I do?

Always check the spam folder, sometimes our emails can end up there by mistake. If you still cannot find it please contact us with this at support@bliev.com. 

How do I un-subscribe from the newsletter?

Simple, scroll down to the bottom of the webpage and click on un-subscribe or open an email from us, scroll to the bottom of it and click the un-subscribe button.
