Delivery Information

Our warehouse operates 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and is closed on bank holidays and weekends.

Our warehouse team will prepare your order with same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm, Monday –
Friday. All orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

We partnered with DHL and DPD to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible with most orders delivered within 2-3 days.

We deliver to Mainland UK addresses only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to any countries outside of the
UK at this time.

Please contact support@bliev.com for further details of shipping to non-UK mainland addresses or overseas.

On dispatch from the warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you of your parcel tracking information.

Our postage and packaging fee of £5.95 applies to all addresses in UK mainland (England, Wales and Scotland,
excluding Highlands & Islands) if ordering two packs of 6 bottles or less.

All orders over two packs of 6 bottles are delivered for £6.95 applying to all addresses in UK mainland
(England, Wales and Scotland, excluding Highlands & Islands.

All orders over £65 are delivered free of charge.

Returns Policy 

We currently do not offer returns due to the nature of our product - however if you are not satisfied or have a question regarding your delivery/order, please reach out to support@bliev.com and we would be happy to help you.
